During the video tours, she made sure to point out pros and cons of not just the properties, but also the neighborhoods and surrounding areas as well. This was incredibly helpful in informing our decisions about properties. Dana was very accommodating in this respect, as it sometimes took only a few hours from expressing interest to getting a video tour!
